〔OF〕是介系詞，有擁有、屬於、包含等等用法，請參考下方例句。

1. ［屬於N］用來表示歸屬或來歷，如....的。(擁有 posession)

a habit of mine. 我的一個習慣。

the colour of his hair. 他頭髮的顏色。

the complete plays of (= written by) Lorca.  洛爾卡戲劇全集。(來歷)

2. ［多少(的)N］用於表示數量、數字或單位的詞或片語之後。翻譯時【的】可以省略不譯。(數量 amount)

a kilo of apples 一公斤(的)蘋果。

hundreds of people 數百個(的)人。
